Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Acme Corp Limited ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of Snappy Loop and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; we will post the updated Terms and indicate the effective date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Snappy Loop is a Telegram-based language learning product with interactive exercises, flashcards, and practice chats. The Service is provided primarily through the Telegram messaging platform. You receive access to learning content, interactive exercises, flashcards, and practice features as described on our website and in the Telegram bot. We may add or modify features and will use reasonable efforts to maintain availability.

Upon subscribing, you receive access to the Service for the selected plan (monthly or yearly). Access includes use of the Snappy Loop bot on Telegram, course materials, exercises, flashcards, and related features as made available for your plan. Access is personal and non-transferable.

Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or yearly basis. Prices are displayed at checkout before you complete payment. Payment is processed by Stripe (and we may support other payment methods in the future). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change prices with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not: (a) share your account or access with others; (b) use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access beyond normal use; (d) use the Service for any illegal purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these rules and take steps to prevent abuse, including fraud and chargebacks.

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. We are not liable for unavailability due to maintenance, third-party services (including Telegram or Stripe), or circumstances beyond our control.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Learning outcomes depend on your use and effort; we do not guarantee any particular result.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Acme Corp Limited and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong SAR. You may also have rights under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
