Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You may cancel your Snappy Loop subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of your current billing period (monthly or yearly). After that, access ends. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused part of a billing period when you cancel.
Refunds
Refunds are generally not offered except where required by law or in exceptional cases at our discretion. We do not provide refunds merely because you stopped using the Service or changed your mind. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under local law, or you have experienced a technical or billing error, contact us at support@snappyloop.work with your account details and reason. We will review and respond in line with our policy and applicable law.
Requesting Help
For cancellation, refund requests, or billing questions, email support@snappyloop.work. Please include your Telegram username or the email used for payment so we can identify your account. We aim to respond to support requests within a few business days. Response times may be longer during peak periods.
Chargebacks
If you have a dispute about a charge, please contact us first at support@snappyloop.work before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks can result in account suspension and we may dispute unjustified chargebacks. We are happy to work with you to resolve billing issues when you reach out.
